Clarksville Homicide: Two Suspects Behind Bars

homicidio

The murder of Thomas Gray Jr., which occurred on March 15, 2025, shook the Clarksville community. What began as a 911 call about an alleged accident ended up revealing a brutal crime. Now, after an intensive investigation, two suspects have been arrested in connection with the homicide.

A Shocking Discovery in the Early Morning

It all began around 2:00 a.m. on March 15, when Clarksville Police received a call on the 911 translation line alerting them of a possible rollover accident at Campville Mobile Home Park (Cedarcrest Dr.).

Upon arriving at the scene, officers did not find an overturned vehicle, but they did make a chilling discovery:

An unconscious man lying on the ground next to a running car. Multiple stab wounds to his body. A scenario that indicated not a simple accident, but something much worse.

Officers attempted life-saving measures at the scene, but the victim, later identified as Thomas Gray Jr., was taken to Tennova Healthcare, where he was pronounced deceased.

Arrest of the Suspects: A Step Toward Justice

From the beginning, the Clarksville Police Homicide Unit suspected that this was not a random attack, but a prearranged encounter that ended in tragedy.

Six days after the crime, the investigation bore fruit. In a joint operation between the Metro Nashville Police TITANS Unit and Clarksville Police, the following suspects were arrested in Antioch, Tennessee, on March 21 at 4:40 p.m.

  • Jassim Al-Robaie, 33, a Davidson County resident.

  • Karlie Jade Parks, 31, a Clarksville resident.

Both were booked into the Montgomery County Jail, facing homicide charges.

Is There a Danger to the Community?

Police have confirmed that there is no evidence of an ongoing threat to the public, as everything points to this being an isolated incident. However, the investigation remains open, and any additional information could be key to clarifying the events.
